Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before withdrawal. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility. wongqq reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bets, and confiscate winnings if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred. Our decision regarding bonus abuse is final.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met. If you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited, and only your original deposit (minus any amounts already wagered) will be returned.
All bets are subject to acceptance by wongqq. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your betting history, it is considered accepted and cannot be cancelled or modified except in cases of obvious error or technical malfunction.

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits and losses through your Account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 48 hours (cooling-off period). Limit decreases take effect immediately.

While we strive to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue Services at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, wongqq and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of wongqq Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall wongqq's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
wongqq shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, strikes, government actions, internet service failures, or power outages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if we believe, in our sole discretion, that:
Upon Account termination for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and all pending bets may be voided.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to identity verification and completion of wagering requirements. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. We reserve the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on inactive accounts with remaining balances. Accounts inactive for 24 months may be closed, with remaining balances forfeited.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which wongqq is licensed to operate.
